How to Opt Out

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits or business interruption — arising from your use of the Service or any related products or services.

As a user of this software, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for complying with all applicable messaging and communications regulations, including the TCPA, the TRACED Act, Campaign Registry requirements, and A2P 10DLC rules. This includes obtaining proper consent, maintaining transparency with recipients, avoiding unwanted calls, messages, robocalls, or spoofing, registering your messaging campaigns correctly, and following all carrier and regulatory guidelines. Any violation of these regulations is your responsibility alone and may result in legal action, penalties, or fines against you or your organization. By using this software, you agree to remain compliant with these regulations at all times, in order to protect consumers and other stakeholders in the messaging ecosystem.

Assistance with Registrations

Marmay Land can help you through the registration process for your Business Profile, SHAKEN/STIR, A2P Brand, and A2P campaigns, offering guidance and resources along the way. That said, we cannot guarantee any registration will be approved — approval decisions rest entirely with the relevant governing and regulatory authorities, not with us. A rejected or unapproved registration is not grounds for a refund under our refund policy. Our role is limited to assisting with submission; we have no control over the outcome. We are also not responsible for refunds if your account is restricted or suspended by GoHighLevel or Twilio, since those actions are outside our control. Using our assistance services means you accept these terms.

Termination

We may terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, at our sole discretion and without notice.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all SaaS subscriptions: if you're unsatisfied, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase. This guarantee applies only to SaaS subscriptions — it does not cover other products or add-ons such as chatbots or KPI trackers. Accounts on 3-pay or 4-pay installment plans are not eligible for refunds. To request a refund, contact our support team at [email protected].

We may update these Terms at any time, at our discretion. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continuing to use the Service after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
